clean - recently refurbished historic building in the heart of the old town. 5 minutes to covered bridge and central pedestrian area. Well-equipped common kitchen with free coffee and tea. Abundant breakfast. Large bedroom with plenty of electric plugs and light switch by the bed. Private shower and WC. Wi-Fi. Real wardrobe. Parking. Friendly and helpful staff.
Couldn't recommend more.

Our stay at Guest House The Old was simply amazing! The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, providing us with a map of the area and interesting historical information about Lovech. The guesthouse itself is a beautiful, authentic traditional house that has been renovated with all the modern comforts we needed. It was spotlessly clean and had a cozy balcony where we could relax. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the old bridge and other restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. We highly recommend this place!

This guest house is ideally located, very close to everything. It is right on the central pedestrian area, making it convenient to explore the town on foot. The building itself is an old farm, which adds to its quaint charm. The rooms are clean and cozy, and the bathrooms are well-maintained. The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. They offer a delicious homemade breakfast, including homemade jams and pastries. The view from the guest house is lovely, capturing the essence of the old town.
The duvet cover had a strong smell of insect poison, which was concerning.

The owner, Dimitar, goes above and beyond to ensure that all logistics are taken care of, so you can focus on enjoying your holiday or brainstorming sessions. The cleanliness and comfort of the room and the entire house are impressive, with tasteful historical decor. The self-made wooden book with pictures and excerpts about Lovech adds a charming touch. The owners are incredibly hospitable, kind, and knowledgeable. The breakfast is delicious and the overall experience is simply wonderful.

Immaculately maintained property and the best sleep I've had while traveling in Bulgaria! The accommodations were simple yet perfect, with a touch of history. The owners were incredibly helpful and provided a short history lesson about the city. The breakfast was excellent and adaptable to our taste. The cleanliness was jaw-dropping, the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. We loved the patio seating area outside our room. Can't wait for our next visit!

The value for our money at Guest House The Old was exceptional. The room was clean and charming, and the location was perfect for exploring the nearby sights. The staff went above and beyond, providing free transportation and giving us informative introductions to the lovely town.
The only improvement I could suggest is adding more breakfast items.

Convenient location, charming decor, helpful owner. Loved exploring nearby attractions. WiFi, communal kitchen, and parking were a plus.
Beds were bouncy, but hey, who needs a peaceful night's sleep anyway?

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the historic area. Plus, the building had so much character and charm - it was like stepping back in time.
The bed was a bit too firm for my liking, but it was still comfortable enough for a good night's sleep.
